Shipping

Shipping dates and delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

  • Your purchase, handling, storage, planting, growing, or use of dahlia tubers purchased from our business
  • Gardening activities, tools, or equipment used in connection with planting or maintaining tubers
  • Crop failure, plant performance, disease, pests, rot, weather conditions, frost, heat, drought, or other environmental factors
  • Color variation, bloom form, size, or growth habits, which may naturally vary
  • Allergic reactions, injuries, or property damage resulting from gardening or product use
  • Shipping, delivery, or transit of tubers, including but not limited to delays, lost packages, theft, damage, exposure to temperature extremes, or mishandling by the shipping carrier
  • Failure to retrieve packages promptly upon delivery
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Your violation of these terms or misuse of our products or website

Dahlia tubers are a natural, perishable agricultural product. Once tubers leave our care, we are not responsible for conditions during transit or after delivery. While we carefully package tubers for shipping, we cannot control carrier handling, weather conditions, or delivery delays.

Growing success is not guaranteed and depends on many factors beyond our control, including soil quality, planting depth, care practices, climate, storage conditions, and timing. No guarantees are made regarding performance, blooms, or yield.

Under no circumstances shall Frontyard Flower Farm LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, shipment, use, or inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the completion of any transaction and the termination of use of our website or products.
