Refund policy
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR TUBERS UPON DELIVERY! All sales of dahlia tubers are final. We do not offer refunds or returns, except in the cases outlined below.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your tubers arrive severely damaged, rotted, or you receive the wrong variety, contact us within 48 HOURS of DELIVERY with clear photos of the issue and your order number. If approved, we will offer a replacement tuber (if available) or a refund at our discretion.
Viability & Growth Disclaimer
While we carefully inspect and ship only firm, healthy tubers with visible eyes whenever possible, we cannot guarantee growth. Factors such as planting depth, soil conditions, weather, pests, storage, and care practices are beyond our control. For this reason, no refunds or replacements are offered for tubers that fail to sprout or perform as expected.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, or theft after delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure at checkout.
